We design electric space heaters for industrial spaces that need intense, dependable heat—without the hassle of rewiring the entire plant. The heart of it is a 400V halogen heating tube. We typically set it at 2500W and keep the length around 300mm. Why? Because that combo packs a ton of heat into a small footprint.
Power, Voltage, and Size—Why It Matters
Running at 400V means you can use smaller wiring and keep line losses low when you plug the heater into your plant’s existing power. And that 2500W inside a 300mm tube? It creates a high watt density. In practice, that means fast heat-up and precise control in the spots that need it most. This isn’t for warming a room. It’s built for machinery and processes—where the target needs to get hot quickly and then stay steady.
The Tube Inside: Halogen, Coating, and a Simple R7s Connection
Inside the quartz envelope, the halogen element helps keep the filament temperature stable, so output stays consistent over the tube’s life. We also add a reflective coating that pushes infrared energy forward. That means more usable heat hits the work—and less radiates sideways where it isn’t needed. Installation is straightforward, too. The R7s connector is a simple two-pin, straight-line interface. Line up the pins, seat the tube, and lock it in place. Done.
Where It Shines—And What to Watch For
These heaters are for engineers who need predictable, focused heat: pre-heating zones, component drying, and plastic processing support. The design concentrates energy exactly where you need it. But it also means you have to plan for proper cooling and shielding. If you don’t set up airflow and guarding ahead of time, you can end up with overheating inside the surrounding cabinet. Plan that part early, and the rest just works.
