Getting the fit right
We built these specifically for the Blomax footprint. One thing we obsessed over was the contact points. If the ends don’t fit perfectly, you get arcing at the sockets. That chars the connector and kills the lamp way faster than it should. We tightened the tolerances on the end caps so they sit flush. No gaps, no sparks. You get the exact wattage and voltage your oven zone needs. Just a heads-up: since these reinforced tubes can push more heat, your reflectors have to do more work.**Keep them clean.**If they’re dusty, the heat bounces right back into the tube and fries the filament.
