Why These Actually Last Here’s the secret: we use heavy-wall quartz glass. Standard lamps have a habit of thinning out during the drawing process. Once that happens, they bow under the heat and eventually just snap. Our reinforced tubes handle those expansion cycles without breaking a sweat. Plus, we added specialized coatings. Instead of wasting energy heating up your machine frame, the energy is pushed directly into the PET. One quick heads-up: because the glass is stronger, your initial warm-up might feel a tiny bit different. You might need to tweak your oven timing by a few seconds to nail that perfect temperature.
