Just keep in mind: your machine’s cooling needs to be up to the task. If the cooling is undersized, the tube and the surrounding parts will run hotter than they should.
Quartz Build and Connector Logic
We wrapped the tube in quartz with a special halogen coating. It’s tough enough to handle the shock of rapid cycling. The coating keeps emissivity stable, so the heat stays consistent over the life of the tube. Inside, the filament is made for high heat, so it won’t burn out during long production runs. Connectors matter. We went with R7s and SK15 terminals because those are the industry standard on most blow molding machines. No custom adapters. No headaches. You wire it up, and it drops right in.

When you’re doing PET blowing, the heater tube has to get the preform hot—fast and evenly.
